If you’d have told me 6 years ago that in 6 years, I would be in a place where I had a business that allowed to live a very comfortable life, I would have laughed you out the room and told you “Drugs are bad m’kay”…
But here I am 6 years later in a position where my life is comfortable thanks to my business. My tone is a deliberately muted one because I do not consider myself to be anything special. I am not someone who likes to talk about themselves and have an aversion to anything that puts me front and centre and makes me the centre of attention.
I consider myself to be a “normal” guy, whatever that means.
My name is Tega (but you knew that already) and I live in the coolest city in England, Newcastle upon Tyne in my humble opinion.
The things I value are my family, leaving places and people better than I found them. I would like to travel and see more of the world and I’d like to be an agent of change in my “home” country. I don’t really consider what I do to be “work” and I can be too trusting sometimes.
To handle my aversion to putting myself front and centre, here are a few of the things I have done, that I think are pretty cool.
I am part of a team that has built a 7 figure business leveraging Facebook.
I run a small Podcast management Agency, where we take away the strain of running and managing a podcast for people who have podcasts but don't want to get bogged down in the minutia of details
I have an even smaller recruitment agency where I help soloprenuers find and hire reliable virtual team members
Lastly, I also run a small Local advertising agency where I help small local businesses generate leads and customers for their good and wares.
My talk/session will be focussed on the life-changing magic of Systems and Delegation to be more productive in life and in business
